On-Line booking information: All members will receive their own 4-digit member number. This number will be included in your 2008 Members Handbook, or you can get it from the Pro Shop staff. All members will use the same password, which will also be included with your handbook. Members can book up to their usual advance days: full members can book up to 7 days in advance, and weekday members up to 4 days in advance. Currently, only 18-hole rounds can be booked on-line. Members can book up to four players, and you will be able to put another member's name in your booking.
To Book a Time:
- Click on the "Book your Tee Time" tab at the top of the web page.
- Click on Member Log In.
- Enter your 4-digit member account number and the password.
- Click the "Booking.Net Wizard" icon.
- This will bring up a calendar and required fields. Make sure all fields are filled out correctly. If you are booking another member(s) with your group, click on the blank name field (below your name) to bring up the Member List, where you can find and click on the member's name and enter them into your booking. Remember to choose the 18-hole selection!
- After you have clicked "Search" a chart of available times will be displayed for you to choose. Click on time that you would prefer.
- The next screen in the approval screen. Please click on the "Yes I have read and accepted the terms and conditions" box in order to proceed.
- Complete the Book Secure fields, then click on "Finalize Booking" to finish.
- When you're done, click "Log Out" icon on the left.
If you encounter any difficulties, please contact the Pro Shop directly.
You can also log-in again to review your time.
